Suguna Chunduri, a seasoned healthcare and pharmaceutical executive with over 15 years of experience, currently serves as the Associate Director, PMO, Cell Therapy at Bristol Myers Squibb. Passionate about improving outcomes in Diabetes and Cancer, Suguna is a dynamic leader known for her expertise in program management, strategic partnerships, and business operations.


Beyond her corporate role, Suguna is a catalyst for positive change, advocating for cultural inclusivity and linguistic diversity. Born in Singapore and having lived in various countries and U.S. states, she speaks multiple languages, reflecting her commitment to embracing differences.


In addition to her corporate achievements, Suguna is the Director of Sai-Connect, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. She successfully led the launch of a global online networking platform within six months, focusing on mental awareness and well-being. Suguna organizes events, including a mental health summit, to reduce stigma and promote community health.


As a thought leader and motivational speaker, Suguna promotes ethics, diversity, and moral values in the workspace. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and is currently pursuing Global Health Care Leadership at Harvard Medical School.
