WHY

Global Healthcare Leaders Foundation’s mission is deeply rooted in a shared vision to make a meaningful impact on the world. Our journey began with our enrollment in the GHLP (Global Healthcare Leadership Program), where we, a diverse group of individuals from various professional backgrounds and industries, came together with a common goal. Despite our initial virtual interactions only, we immediately felt a strong connection and realized that our collective expertise and experiences could drive significant change in healthcare.

We were not only handpicked individuals by Harvard specialists, but a group of like-minded people with vast experiences not only in healthcare but also in various other industries. This diversity makes us uniquely qualified to tackle the complex challenges in healthcare. Our first in-person meeting on campus reinforced our belief that our journey should extend beyond the program. We recognized that together, we possess the capabilities to SOLVE any healthcare problem.

Among us are specialists and entrepreneurs from IT, medical devices, consulting, government, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, and more. Despite hailing from 50 different countries, we share a singular goal: to improve patient outcomes and transform the healthcare industry.

Driven by this conviction, Anya Ohavi Neizler, Zuzanna Stern, and Richie Husein joined forces and invited others. Ravi Lam, Karen Nussbaumer, Adriana Franco Alanis, Shalu Gugnani, Suguna Chunduri, Maciej Gnatowski, Amel Hammad, Jocelyn Campbell, David Franklin joined as founders and together we were able to make our vision a reality.
