Ravi Lam

A seasoned entrepreneur with a relentless commitment to innovation, Ravi has a long history of delivering advanced technological solutions for complex business challenges. He was the chief architect for the flagship product ARCserve/Open at Cheyenne Software, a unicorn company was ultimately acquired by Computer Associates. He also founded and led Netrovert, a successful integration software company acquired by PwC.


Shaped by life's adversities, Ravi discovered his passion in the healthcare and life sciences domain. Seeking to drive innovation forward in that space, he is committed to providing aspiring entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and resources to reshape the industry. With this purpose in mind, he founded Thinkhat, a full-stack venture studio dedicated to applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to reimagine the ecosystem of the healthcare and life sciences industry.


Ravi was a member of the first computer science cohort at the Indian Institute of Technology – Madras and later studied management at IIM – Ahmedabad and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. His dedication to comprehending and operating in the intersection of technology and healthcare drove him to pursue the Global Healthcare Leaders Program at Harvard Medical School. Ravi's entrepreneurial spirit is grounded in his conviction that success is a journey consisting of numerous small steps that cumulatively lead to significant milestones.
